Clutch is worn when taking off or going uphill the engine is revving with no speed increase
Oil leak from gearbox or engines on to the clutch lining

Clutch Shudder

Check for broken engine mounts
Check clutch plate and thrust bearing
Machine fly wheel
Check clutch cable

Clutch Release Noise

A noise squeal or grinding when the clutch pedal is depressed could mean a problem with the release bearing

Clutch Not Releasing

Hard to get 1st gear or reverse check master cylinder and slave cylinder
